Meet Ron Cherry, The New Boulevard District Neighbors Neighborhood Group Leader!

Ron Cherry recently retired after a career in federal service and is excited to begin a new chapter serving the residents of Aurora’s Ward 4 as the Boulevard District Neighborhood Leader. Throughout his career, Ron held leadership roles focused on improving operations, building strong teams, and serving others.

Ron is passionate about bringing neighbors together, encouraging community engagement, and helping residents stay informed about issues affecting the neighborhood. He believes every resident has something valuable to contribute and looks forward to creating opportunities for neighbors to connect and work together.

Ron and his wife are proud to call Aurora home and enjoy discovering local restaurants, attending community events, and supporting the Aurora Public Library.

Ron Cherry se jubiló recientemente tras una carrera en el servicio federal y está entusiasmado por comenzar una nueva etapa sirviendo a los residentes del Distrito 4 de Aurora como líder del Grupo Vecinal Boulevard District. A lo largo de su carrera, Ron desempeñó puestos de liderazgo enfocados en mejorar las operaciones, fortalecer los equipos de trabajo y servir a los demás.

A Ron le apasiona reunir a los vecinos, fomentar la participación comunitaria y ayudar a los residentes a mantenerse informados sobre los asuntos que afectan al vecindario. Cree que cada residente tiene algo valioso que aportar y espera crear oportunidades para que los vecinos se conecten y trabajen juntos.

Ron y su esposa se enorgullecen de llamar a Aurora su hogar y disfrutan descubriendo restaurantes locales, asistiendo a eventos comunitarios y apoyando a la Biblioteca Pública de Aurora.
