Alderman At-Large Keith Larson
Keith grew up in Geneva and moved to Aurora in 2021. He is currently a software engineer and works remotely.
He graduated from Elmhurst University in 2018 with a B.S. in Computer Science and Physics. He is the youngest person to serve as Alderman for the City of Aurora since 2019.
Keith is committed to addressing key issues on ethics, housing affordability, infrastructure development, and fiber optic networks.
myAURORA 311 is live!
myAurora 311 allows residents to access a new online customer support center, a new mobile application, available for download in the App Store and Google Play, an upgraded phone service, and an enhanced in-person customer service location, set to open in late 2025.
With new calls and cases expected, the City's current in-person customer service call center, located at 3770 McCoy Drive, will also expand its hours, now being open from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M., Monday through Friday!
The system allows customers to submit cases, such as street maintenance and repair requests, garbage or debris issues, unsafe structures, and more through the mobile app, online, or by dialing “3-1-1" when residing within City limits.
