Trevor Dick, FAICP, LEED APAssistant Director, Mayor's Office of Economic Development @ City of Aurora
Trevor Dick graduated from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) in Toronto, Canada with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Since that time, he has worked in both the private and public sectors completing a variety of planning projects throughout the country. In his current role as Assistant Director for the Mayor's Office of Economic Development for the City of Aurora, IL, Trevor manages a variety of projects including long-range planning, economic development initiatives, development project management, ordinance updates, and capital project development.
Trevor is very active in the American Planning Association. For seven years, he was on the Illinois Board as the Professional Development Officer. In that role, he assisted planners throughout the State with their education including helping planners prepare for the AICP examination. As part of the State's Board, he was also involved in planning for and implementing the annual State Conference. He continues to be part of a team that instructs the certification training program for the Illinois Chapter of the American Planning Association (ILAPA) and training sessions held at the National APA Conferences.
Trevor is a professionally certified planner and a member of the American Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), the College of Fellows (FAICP), the Illinois Parks and Recreation Association, and a LEED Accredited Professional.Read Bio -
Dr. Kenneth Campbell, DBe, MBA, MPH, MAEconomic Development Coordinator, Mayor's Office of Economic Development @ City of Aurora
Dr. Campbell is a six-year United States Marine Veteran who has been active in the public health, healthcare, finance, and community development sectors for nearly 25 years with expertise in public and private relationships. He provides the discipline and problem-solving skills required to manage large-scale projects and control the execution of complex design-build-operate construction.
Previously, Dr. Campbell was responsible for the construction and quality improvement of Illinois’ COVID-19 testing and vaccination sites and spearheading the origination and development of process flows and management of vaccinations with the Illinois Department of Corrections. He managed teams on multiple construction sites to ensure safety and preparedness, coordinated project details with multiple contractors, and strategized to complete work on time and within budget.
