$2,500 Scholarship Opportunity for Ward 2 Students!

Alderwoman Juany Garza is proud to award two $2,500 scholarships to deserving college students from Aurora’s Second Ward this September 2026!

📌 Eligibility Requirements:
✅ Must live in Ward 2, Aurora, IL
✅ Be a U.S. citizen/legal resident
✅ Enrolled full-time in a 2- or 4-year college for 2026-2027
✅ Hold a 3.0 GPA or higher
✅ Have community service experience
✅ Be present (or represented) at the Hispanic Pioneers Breakfast on Sept. 10, 2026

🗓️ Deadline: August 21, 2026
📍 Drop off at: Aldermen’s Office 60 E. Downer Place, Aurora, IL
📬 Or mail to: 44 E. Downer Place, Aurora, IL (must be postmarked by 8/21)
