Building in your ward

I sent you something on Facebook a while back. I thought I saw a story about a development at Orchard and Sullivan with a gas station any other businesses. That would be a perfect place for something like that with the tollroad right there. Is that still in play? I also saw someone comment about the idea of a Portillos drive thru on Orchard in front of the new apartment complex. Has anyone ever approched them? Your ward is going to miss you when you are gone.
